Paul Natanson, a frequent presenter at the NJCC as well as other computer clubs in central New Jersey, will show some of the most important differences between the new version of Excel 2007 and the old version of Excel 2003 and workarounds.
Paul will review the positives and negatives of Excel 2007 compared to earlier versions of Excel. The new version is geared toward new users not experienced power users. The menus, toolbars and drop down menus are replaced with a “ribbon” of groups of functions. Excel users accustomed to the older versions will require a bit of relearning since the organization and location of the commands are much different. Come see many of these differences and learn how to overcome some of the challenges presented by the new software.
