holds an MBA from the University of Southern
California and works as a Marketing Strategy
                               Consultant that specializes in helping
companies identify how their business and the
economy will be changed by electronic
                               commerce, helping them to formulate
strategies for making such changes work in
                               the firms' favor.

Randy learned very early the importance of
                               feature-rich and easy-to-use software when,
without the budget to hire outside resources,
he was put in charge of personally designing
brochures and marketing materials for a small
startup. He later became the founding Director
of the Electronic Commerce Program at the
                               University of Southern California's Marshall
School of Business, having developed an
                               innovative graduate-level curriculum for
business students--the first of its kind as
required course curriculum for MBA's at a major
business school. During his tenure at USC,
Randy was quoted by Family Money Magazine
concerning the reliability of on-line information
and arranged for USC to host a week-long
                               symposium of electronic commerce industry
                               leaders.

Randy and his wife Vicki are the proud parents
of two young children, MacLean and Brittany.
He uses pictures of the family extensively in
his presentations to drive home how personally
useful you will find the software.

You will come away from this meeting
entertained and informed. Randy will provide
time for an open Q&A period and will bring
                               valuable door prizes, informative handouts,
and a special user group price for those
                               wishing to purchase these outstanding
products at the meeting. See you then!

3.5" Disks

Fred Sabin is looking for old, used 3.5" floppy disks that you no
longer need and would be throwing out. They can be any capacity
(720K or 1.4MB). For example, do you have any old floppies from
ISP's (AOL, Prodigy, AT&T, CompuServe, MSN, etc.) that are only
gathering dust? OR, do you have any old "demo" disks that you no
longer want? If so, would you please bring them to this meeting
so they may be recycled to those who can still use them?

have loads of refreshments, as we ask each member to bring to the meeting a
food (cookies, cake, snack, etc.) or non-alcoholic beverage item. We also
have a great Chinese Auction of software and hardware donated by club
members (so please bring in unwanted "new" or "used but in good condition"
items for this event).

This year we have an extra special event with three copies of the Premium
Edition of "Microsoft Office 2000" ($799 retail value) being available as
follows:

One copy will be raffled to all paid-up NJCC members (at the time of the
drawing), who must be present to win.

One copy will be put in a Chinese Auction with separate tickets priced at
$3.00 each (or four for $10.00).

One copy will be sold to the highest bidder with sealed bids (with a $75.00
minimum bid).

We also hope to have other items donated by our generous software and
hardware program demonstrators available for raffle and/or Chinese Auction.

                                 3.5" Disks

Fred Sabin is looking for old, used 3.5" floppy disks that you no longer
need and would be throwing out. They can be any capacity (720K or 1.4MB).
For example, do you have any old floppies from ISP's (AOL, Prodigy, AT&T,
CompuServe, MSN, etc.) that are only gathering dust? OR, do you have any
old "demo" disks that you no longer want? If so, would you please bring
them to this meeting so they may be recycled to those who can still use them?

To all,

I am looking for old, used, 3.5" floppy disks that you no longer need
and
would be throwing out. They can be any capacity (720K or 1.4MB). I do
NOT
want or need 5.25" floppy disks or CD's.

For example, do you have any old 3.5" floppies from ISP's (AOL, Prodigy,

AT&T, CompuServe, MSN, etc.) that are only gathering dust?

OR, do you have any old 3.5" "demo" disks that you no longer want?

If so, would you please bring them to our next meeting and give them to
me
so they may be recycled to those who can still use them?

Many thanks,
Fred Sabin

professional users. Widely recognized for their quality, ease of use and
powerful features, the company's products are used by business and home users
alike for business presentations, digital photo manipulation, Web graphics
design and other forms of visual communication. Jasc Software brings
professional editing functionality to the personal desktop, ensuring that people
around the world can easily create, manage and express the images that capture
their imagination's creativity.

Jasc Software was founded in 1991 when the owner and current president wrote a
number of graphics tools designed to enhance users' productive creativity. After
placing these programs on several electronic bulletin boards for others to use,
he received a variety of product suggestions and enhancement requests. Many of
these ideas were incorporated into the existing programs and others became
springboards for new applications.

As the image editing market constantly grows and evolves through the 1990's,
Jasc Software successfully positions itself as a market leader by continuing to
make its products available on a "try before you buy" evaluation basis via
electronic bulletin boards and the Web. Literally tens of millions of people
have downloaded and used the company's products, making them some of most
popular programs in the history of the Internet.

Product feedback from this sizable and extremely loyal user base has allowed
Jasc Software to repeatedly enhance its products and win acclaim from both its
users and the graphics industry. This dedication to the highest quality customer
service extends to every aspect of the company's operations, and includes
unlimited free technical support for registered users of Jasc Software products.

people worldwide and is one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in
the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. Jasc Software products are
