Hi,
I have a question about using the scripts to get T1 and T2 from HSQC experiments.
I processed the fid from the first HSQC experiment. However, when I transferred the parameters in the ft2.com to the one used by proc.com, 90% of the peaks in the ft directory, after running the proc.com, are negative. Does anyone have any clues on what was wrong?

Thanks for any help in advance.

Simon

Hi, In the relaxation analysis, if some of the peaks in the last few experiments shifted little bit, is there anyway to correct the intensities of those...

The "-series" mode of autoFit.tcl is a general-purpose tool for extracting evolution of peak intensity over a series of spectra. So, it is usually suitable...
