I have used ZoneAlarm in the past, and I may even have one computer
with it still on it, but since I am in the middle of a move, don't
know in which box the necessary computer is.
I had a similar problem a while back. I followed the instructions
from the Help group. The worst you can do is to uninstall the
existing version and re-install the new one. It is going to go and
get the latest virus signautres in any case, so the only thing you
might lose is some personalized settings and some time.
As I remember, I think in my case it was a bad download/update that
looked good but wasn't. Second update/download/install did the trick.
By the way...are you using thr "free version" or the paid version
Zone Alarm Pro? Shouldn't make a difference.
