My guess is that the offending application is running on those
occassions when you get the error message and it is not when you
don't. The next time you see the message, try to catch the
application name. If your OS is Win2k or WinXP, you can try looking
through the Event Viewer. Once you find the application you can try
to reinstall it, upgrade it or simply uninstall it if you don't need it.
