Well, Yahoo Mail is web based by way of a web browser like IE, Firefox
or Opera. Outlook Express is an email application used for POP3
accounts. I'm guessing you want to set Yahoo as the default email so
that when you click on a link with the "mailto" tag you can use your
Yahoo mail account. The only way I know to do this is to subscribe to
Yahoo Mail Plus. It isn't free but it is only 19.99/year. Pretty
much makes your Yahoo mail a POP3 account. Check out the following
