InterVideo WinDVD and InterActual Player are software. The TSST Corp
TS-H522L refers to the hardware. The TS-H522L is the device you put
the DVD disc into and that is made by Samsung. Get the driver from
Samsung for the DVD drive and install it. If that doesn't do the
trick get with either HP or InterActual depending on whether or not
InterActual Player was bundled with the computer.
We learned very little when our computers worked properly. We learned
a lot more when things went wrong and we had to find solutions. Keep
asking questions here and google terms you are unfamiliar with.
You'll sometimes pick it slowly, then there are times when you will
make quantum leaps. Already you know more than a lot of people with
computers.

Interactual DVD Player and ir won't play my few DVD's I have. I said
HP thought it was A driver and maybe something else resetting "Bios"
to factory defaults [what ever that is.] What I did from the HP mail
was to go to "Device Manager" and came up with >> TSST Corp.??
TS-H552L what ever that is too. Maybe you in the NOPC know this but I
am vague on this and some other items that I never fooled with before.
