Norman: Isn't your computer still in warranty? If so, is there a warranty station locally for it? I remember you had to buy a new one after the storm ruined your other, and also that you were delayed in getting it, so I am hoping you are still in warranty.

i can't take this anymore today spending most of the time on "Samsung" and "Google>> and TSST Corp to HP" I got to talk to someone at the above mentioned and I thought I downloaded "Firmware" from www.samsungodd.com and trying to find this page I had earlier in the day. I have A CD looking icon next to the clock and the Interactual DVD went from 2.0 to 2.6 and it still don't play A DVD. I even had the name or part of the name of the Movie on Drive C intead of Drive E. The real mosel number is TS-H552L version 9614 OEM HP. I did searches and it came up Sorry for that Model and the one you had TS-H522L. I did find it some kind of way and it had Adobe with table of contents and "Index and Drivers etc. nothing happened when I clicked on them. The HP with the model number TS-H552l [I think] had no way of doing downloads. It brought to A page with A whole bunch of different products and I didn't see the one I needed. It had 16x and about 10 to 12 version's of DVD Players etc. and the drivers don't EXACTLY spell out what I need.
