You have a pretty good chance to recover it if you haven't overwritten
the disk yet. If you did you may still have a chance. If you don't
already have a recovery tool on your computer you can try PC Inspector
File Recovery at
http://www.pcinspector.de/file_recovery/uk/welcome.htm. I've only
used it once a long time ago and it worked for me. As I remember it
wasn't real easily to use but they are now a couple of versions higher.
