Daylight Savings kick in and we "spring forward", then the offset is -

I was reading another group's messages, and the comment was made that
times shown were taken from the Windows clock. Or was it the clock on
the Motherboard?
That's a thought...on start-up go to Bios check and see what the
motherboard clock setting is!!!
If that reads correctly (I would assume for Win VU, then you only have
to figure out how to adjust the setting in Kubuntu..
