Hi,
Upon trying to do my backup – using the ol' faithful highlighting and
sending to a CD, I received this message: "Windows encountered a
problem when trying to copy this folder. What do you want to do?"
The folder is identified as "Outlook Express." I saw no folder by
that name. I laboriously sent each folder in my file individually to
the CD and by the process of elimination the folder labeled "Systweak
Backup Manager Pro" duplicated the problem message above. When I
looked in this folder I have no idea what it is or what any of it
means. Yes – yes – I did look on Google, but am still not clear what
it all means. I've done backups many times successfully and this is
the first time this has occurred. I have and have always had several
folders in my "Documents" that were just there when I booted my
computer for the first time when it was new. I've just left them
there. I'm not sure this is one of them or something else.
Incidentally, I find my computer seems to be taking longer to boot
up. (I'm using Windows XP.)
1. What should I do to eliminate my backup problem?
2. Am I in trouble?
