you're a tester, developer, business analyst, product owner, Scrum

about how testing activities move an Agile project forward, and how
that testing can be more effective.

These classes are practical: everything we talk about is grounded in
real-world experiences. And they're experience-based: participants
don't just talk about Agile Testing in these classes, they experience
it. I've spent the last couple of years teaching Agile Testing at
client sites around the world. Participants consistently tell me that
these classes have changed how they think.

We’ve structured the classes so you can take them individually or as a
complete set:

* Day 1: "Adapting to Agile" Experience an Agile transition with a
paper-based simulation (“WordCount”). In the process, examine the
implications of adapting to Agile for testing. Also learn how testing
can contribute to increased Agility.

* Day 2: "Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) in Practice" See
the whole ATDD cycle. Learn about Agile-friendly test automation
frameworks. Practice distilling stories into Acceptance Tests.

* Day 3: "Exploratory Testing in an Agile Context" Learn how to
integrate Exploratory Testing within each iteration using charters and
sessions. Learn how to use test analysis techniques and heuristics to
improve your Exploratory Testing.
