I remember reading of an experiment whereby at the beginning of a meeting you give each person a "role" that is kept secret from everyone else. One person might be assigned the "wants to speed up the meeting" role, another person the "wants to slow down the meeting" role, and a couple others. At the end of the meeting, everyone is asked to guess what roles everyone else was playing.

You might be able to guess what happens. Maybe I'll leave the end as a cliffhanger in case anyone wants to try it (or guess). :)
