Description

This group is for owners of classic NorthStar Computers such as the Horizon, Advantage, and Dimension.

Its purpose is to be redundant with and complementary to the existing internet NorthStar Computer resources such as comp.sys.northstar and others.

Please cross post any information on comp.sys.northstar to ensure as wide dispersal of information as possible.

Another note, the ports used by Northstar are 2 and 3 (echo of 0 and 1). I have also been working on the hardware route...i.e. Altair 2SIO wired to port 0/1

Hi Bill, Basically yes, editing the memory at 2900-2A00 would probably work. Of course, if you can modify DOS itself on the disk so that the correct values are
