I was wondering if you would be coming to the campground for your monthly meetings any more, didn't see you on the 6th.  Well if anything, I will have more time to relax and get the scope and see what I can find.

Hi,
  Even on these partly cloudy nights mars can be seen through high
clouds and sometimes the clouds filter the light from Mars so you can
see more detail in your telescope eyepiece than you can see on a very
clear night.
Many details are seen now as Mars draws closer to earth each night.
Our group will just be meeting on here on line through the winter
until the spring.
