Java Developers (Jr. and Sr.)

Our client is looking for a Java Developer to join their development
team. This is a permanent, full time position at our headquarters in
McLean, VA. Our client is an ISO 9001:2008 Certified company that
specializes in software development, document imaging and coding for
many large government organizations.

This position will be responsible for developing software business
applications to be implemented across a broad range of production
environments. The ideal candidate will be results-drive and able to
diagnose problems and develop solutions.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree in computer science or related field
* 2-5 years developing business applications using J2EE is a requirement
* Experience Jboss and / or Websphere a plus, not required
* Hibernate Experience a plus, not required
* Experience with Swing a plus, not required
* Experience with source control management systems such as Subversion
* Experience in JMS and JMX a plus, not required
* Must be able to implement large scale systems.
* Experience with SQL and relational database systems, including Oracle,
DB2, MySQL, MSSQL
* Developing experience with Windows, Unix, Unix Shell Scripting
* Must be familiar with Agile Software Development Practice as well as
test driven software development such as JUnit and Java Debugger is a
plus, not required
* Experience working with XML using DOM and SAX
* Knowledge of Software Development Life-cycle (SDLC)

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
