Charlie,
Sorry, I've been out of town for a little while and have just gotten back today.
You've basically pointed out the deficiencies that I'm concerned with. First
and foremost, tasks are huge! I can do without memos and contacts, and even the
calendar I can find a work abound, but tasks are the backbone to how I try and
GTD. I've looked at the iPhone/iTouch applications and can't seem to find what
works. I really can't find things that are integrated as was with the PalmOS.
Granted you could purchase enhancements to the PIM's but you didn't have to, you
could just go with what's basic. I can't say that for the iPhone/iTouch. I may
have been too harsh on the Pre, but my initial response as I said was
unimpressive. Maybe some day Apple will buy Palm and resurrect the old PalmOS
and it's simplicity in their devices.
