Northern Rhode Island Camera Club meeting notes, 7/2/2009

1. Two visitors and a new member from last month introduced themselves.

2. Howie asked for help designing and producing member cards. Bob volunteered,
with Mike supporting.

3. The Slatersville (RI) Congregational Church invited club members to submit
photos for their 2010 Spirit of Giving Calendar. Unfortunately, the contest was
open for the month of June only, and we received the invitation after the
deadline. The church produces the calendar annually, so we can shoot for next
year's calendar. For the time being, contest rules and the application form can

4. The program for the July meeting was to be an on-location photo shoot. The
club decided to shoot on Woonsocket's Main Street. As we were leaving the
library, rain began in earnest.
