There are a few things happening with ObjectExpo and the NYC Smalltalk
Developer's group.
 
ObjectExpo is offering NYC ST Developer's meeting a discount on the
registration fee. Even though the content is very light on Smalltalk there
are a few things happening. There will be a presentation sponsored by Cincom
discussing a case study on the use of VisualWorks in the Internet space. The
candidates for the presentation are all impressive. Object Expo has provided
us with the space to hold our meeting and we would like to thank them for
their cooperation. Cincom and STIC as previously announced in this forum
will also be providing receptions and there will also be two birds of a
feather session on Smalltalk.
 
Any New York City Smalltalkers that have not been active lately but would
like to avail themselves of the discount being offered by Object Expo only
need to attend our upcoming meeting this thursday January 20th, 2000.
