We are planning on discontinuing the non UTF-8 version of the RDF
files. We anticipate that this should inconvenience few of you, since
we believe that just about everyone is using the UTF-8 version, and
everyone has had 6 months to convert.
The July 10th version will be the last of the "Classic" RDF files
produced. If this creates a severe hardship for anyone, send me mail
at truel@..., and I will try to work something out for you.
