There has been work recently in GDAL trunk (future 1.5.0 release) to support
CADRG (and CIB ?) products (A.TOC file reading).
And there is a patch in GDAL trac (http://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/ticket/1877) to
add direct ADRG support too.
