Still seeing goats beard, Hericium americanum, sheep head or hen of
the woods, Grifoal frondosa, blewets, Clitocybe nuda, shaggy manes,
Coprinus comatus and honey mushrooms, Armillaria sinapina and
Armillaria ostoyae. All these are edibles and the cool weather
means minimal insect damage.
