I would very much appreciate some plans, thanks!

Goal is to build an inexpensive cutter to make some solar mounts out
of scrap steel I was given, then make mounts to well.. mount the solar
panels I build on the roof. I am also making a solar water heater and
building a total roll cage for my Jeep... to be safer charging up and
down Pikes Peak in spring if I rollover again. Messy! ;-)

I am an EE and can build anything out of component parts, incl
Hydraul, Mechanic and Pneumatics. I learned ARC, GAS, MIG, TIG and
HeliARC Welding in 4yr of school, have. used flame and Oxy-Acey
cutters, but never used a Plasma cutter yet.

Stock is 1/8 to 1/2 so a break from the cutoff tool is appreciated.
