I work for a tutoring company that is going the route of audio.
Normally, we monitor sessions by reading chat logs, does anyone have
any experience with QC for audio classes/sessions? You would have to
monitor audio in real time, which is too time consuming, much easier
to scan chat logs when there are many sessions occurring at the same
time...The only answer I can come up with is having them recording and
pulling random sessions to monitor for quality control. Anyone with
any experience with this?
