Director of Customer Relations

Overview: The Director of Customer Relations will help maintain and
grow the existing support structure and assist in the strategic
development of the team going forward. They will contribute to the
strategic direction and development of the programs that support
currently runs, as well as oversee and direct the implementation of
new programs going forward. They will assist other senior level
managers in guiding the department’s teams, programs and initiatives.
