hi im jason - all the way from new zealand, also known as middle earth by JRR
Tolkien fans.

i manage and moderate a forum of about 5000 members (many members arent very
active - one of the things id like to work on!)

im currently in the process of selecting some forum members to be moderators

my questions are:

1 - what sort of guidelines should i have for moderators
2 - what sort of things can we do to encourage participation in the forum

if you can point me in the right direction for any or all of this info that
would be great, thanks!
