Re: [OpenBook] Space bar to scan

When I got my new open book I discovered that I can only use my spacebar to
scan. In looking at the menues I discovered that there are several types of
scanning you can put this computer on. The types are I think clasic, scan, and
ruby. Any my spacebar works so that is what I do.

Subject: [OpenBook] Space bar to scan

Hello I use Open Book 8 on a XP home computer and I know one can use space
bar, F4 or the zero on the num pad to start a scan. Nine times out of ten
I'll just press the space bar to start the scan, for some reason that no
longer works. When I press the space bar to scan all I hear is space. I can
use F4 or num pad zero and all works fine, but it just won't scan by
pressing space bar.I should add here, nothing has changed on this system.

I should add that control e is a toggle. It switches between read only mode and edit mode. Gene ... From: "Gene" <gsasner@...> To:...
