Status of PFGW on Linux ?   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #1872 of 2071 |
Hello,

The last version I'v found of PFGW for Linux is v1.2 , dated January 2005.
The executable seems to work well, though I have some cores.
About the source code, the compilation fails at the very beginning, in
C++ code, on FC4 with gcc 4.0.2-8 .

So, what is the status of PFGW on Linux ?

And a short question about the -j option : the doc says that it works
both for Mersenne and Fermat numbers. It explains how to run a DWT FF
Test on a Mersenne: -j44497 . But it says nothing about how to test a
Fermat with -j .

Thanks,

Tony
