No multimedia support for PDF/A-2, sorry. We are discussing
a PDF/A-3 that may incorporate live content (multimedia, 3D, etc.),
but not there yet.

The main things for PDF/A-2 are to bring PDF/A (currently
based on PDF 1.4) inline with current PDF specs (1.6) and also
synchronize with the work of the PDF/X committee (and PDF/X-4 and
X-5) as well as the PDF/E and PDF/UA folks.
