You need to register the compnent with IIS. If you are running NT,
2000 or XP, then in the start/run dialog, type regsvr32 and a space,
then drag the abcupload DLL (forget the exact name of it) into the
dialog box, then click OK. This will register the ABCUpload
component, and it should then work with your Wiki.

Lots of guesses in this answer, since you only give a little
information..
