The Precis (or summary) line appears in most index listings, as well as
the RSS feed. It allows a one-line (actually 255 characters)
description of the page to be entered by the author.
Unlike the 'edited by' textfield, the Precis text is considered as page
content, and so is recalled whenever the page is newly-edited.
