Progress with Scripting News in OPML   Message List

Yesterday we made a change in the way I write Scripting News such that every
element in the OPML version now has a "created" attribute.

This means that every item is now identifiable, even if it changes, and
should make new kinds of distribution possible.

The current version of Scripting News in OPML is here:
