I've got an opml.zip, the new version of the OPML Editor for Windows,
that I'm pretty sure will work on systems with IE6 and IE7, XP or Vista.

http://www.scripting.com/gems/support/OPML.zip

I've tested on IE7 here. A new graphic on the main window, I'll let
that be a surprise. We're no longer in the era of Harry Truman. The
new mascot isn't a human being, and is not black or white. Gender? Not
sure!

You can update an existing OPML Editor for Windows, but only if you're
using the new updating method.

I'm ready to move on to other projects now. Hopefully there will be
some reports here within the next 24 hours.

Dave
