Can we have two pairs of Repeating tops and Repeating Bottoms in a L   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #7325 of 7647 |
Hi All,
I hereby attached a .bmp file which shows the outline of my Layout.
I have three repeating sections one for item1,Reference,&
List.
My requirement  is to accomdate 17 lines in the Item1 and list.
If there are more than 17 items then it will go to the next page.
When it goes to next page and displays the remaining items in Item1 then list and  Reference are not getting printed in the first page they start only when all the items in Item1 are printed.
Similarly if the List is going to next page, then Reference starts only after all the items in the List are printed.

I want each of List and Reference to print their fields starting from the first page and if many are there in the List, they have to be displayed in the next page.
One reason I found is because the repeating bottom is at the very bottom after all these thats why its displaying like this.
Please tell me if there is any option to start from first page.Can we have two pairs of Repeating tops and Repeating Bottoms in a Layout
Cheers,
vijetha

Hi Boaz,
I have attached the BMGetAllItemsFrom. fun file and the screenshot of the error I was getting.
Cheers,

This is rather interesting ... the function is mine :) you must be doing some stuff for one of our customers ...

the error is design studio, rebooting might help with that, It is not the function.

Limiting an array as you want can be done like this :

SQUISH(BMGetAllItem sFrom("PaymentRe ference11" ,"Amount" )[1->3,1->40])

Assuming you need the PICTURE command in your original statement please note that internal functions are ALL CAPS.

So i think you need :

=PICTURE("## #,###,### ,###.##", SQUISH(BMGetAllItem sFrom("PaymentRe ference11" ,"Amount" )[1->3,1->40]))
Wo be unto thee : maintanance will be painfull :)
