Hello!

Been a while now. I have replaced the old, and not so well working, progress
window, with a new one. This new window uses reaction, it has progress bars
that actually work. It should be able to handle files of any size.

I've also removed a few instances where DOpus used to update the name shown
in the progress bar. IMO it wouldn't make sense since it's so fast now.
Maybe it made sense with an old floppy disk.

Anyway, please report any problems, old and new, and I'll see if I can fix
it.
