Please do not try to send files to the list as attachments, attachments are stripped before mails are sent. For short pieces of code paste them into the text of your message, for full scripts post them in the files section and mail the list to say you've done it.

NB This is a no adverts, no UCE, no UBE, no spam group. Offenders will first be put on moderated status then if they continue to send such mails be removed. If they resubscribe and start sending spam again then they will be banned. Due to the frequency with which people have signed up to the group from throwaway email addresses simply to spam the group, applications for membership are now subject to approval. As a rule of thumb, applications which do not have a profile or where the profile does not contain much information (eg real name, age, web page &c) are unlikely to be approved. new members will be added as moderated then changed to being able to post freely after they've made a few posts.
