Melk,
Your plant looks like a Phalaenopsis from the photos. I think that you have it
potted in too large a container and you have it too deep into the potting mix. I
think that your potting mix looks too compact and in my humble opinion it is
going to have poor drainage and you will rot your roots off. I would suggest
that you repot into a smaller pot with a more open mix.
