Can't work with LABEL=BLP   Message List

I've changed the BLP parameter in JES2PARM to BLP=YES.
I've shut down and re-IPL my system (WARM,NOREQ).
... and its still not working:

Although my JCL specifies LABEL=(1,BLP) for an Input tape, z/OS changes
it to NL !

Have I forgotten any other change ?

Thank you to point me to the correct members and/or parameters !
