NASA RESEARCH ANNOUNCEMENT (NRA) 03-OSS-01,
"RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES IN SPACE SCIENCE (ROSS) - 2003"

FUSE GUEST INVESTIGATOR-CYCLE 5 PROPOSAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE EXTENDED

Due to predicted severe weather conditions from Hurricane Isabel, NASA
Headquarters IT services will be shut down as of noon Thursday, September
18, and will not resume service until Monday, September 22. As a
consequence, the original deadline for submission of proposals for program
element A.1.8 of the ROSS-2003 NRA, entitled "FUSE Guest Investigator -
Cycle 5" is revised from Sept. 19 until 4:30 EDT, Tuesday, September 23, 2003.
