"RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES IN SPACE SCIENCE (ROSS) 2003," NRA 03-OSS-01,

On or about December 16, 2003, a DRAFT Amendment to NASA Research
Announcement "Research Opportunities in Space Science" (NRA 03-OSS-01) will
be posted on its homepage Web site at
http://research.hq.nasa.gov/code_s/nra/current/NRA-03-OSS-01/index.html
that establishes a new Program Element entitled "Advanced Electric
Propulsion (AEP) Technologies." This DRAFT Amendment to the ROSS-2003 NRA
is being posted to solicit comments for NASA's consideration in
anticipation of its official release; if given final authorization, this
amendment will be released no earlier than January 21, 2004. Comments may
be submitted no later than January 9, 2004, to the person identified in
this announcement and below.
