AMENDMENT No. 11 TO THE NASA RESEARCH ANNOUNCEMENT (NRA) ENTITLED "RESEARCH
OPPORTUNITIES IN SPACE SCIENCE (ROSS) 2003," NRA 03-OSS-01, RELEASED
JANUARY 31, 2003

On or about December 22, 2003, Amendment No. 11 to NASA Research
Announcement "Research Opportunities in Space Science" (NRA 03-OSS-01) will
be posted on its homepage Web site at
http://research.hq.nasa.gov/code_s/nra/current/NRA-03-OSS-01/index.html
that establishes a new Program Element A.2.21 in Appendix A entitled
"Lunar-A U.S. Co-Investigators." This new program element solicits
proposals for U.S. Co-Investigators for the Japanese Lunar-A Mission that
is scheduled for launch in the second half of 2004. Notices of Intent to
propose are due January 21, 2004, and proposals are due March 22, 2004.
