With this amendment to ROSES-2005, NASA releases the final version of
Appendix D.2: Applied Information Systems Research. The due dates have
been extended. NOI due date is June 1, 2005. Proposal due date is July
22, 2005.

On or about May 4, 2005, Amendment No. 10 to NASA Research Announcement
"Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences" (NNH05ZDA001N) will be
posted on its homepage Web site at http://nspires.nasaprs.com/ (select
"Solicitations" then "Open Solicitations" then "NNH05ZDA001N").

This amendment replaces the draft text for Appendix D.3: Applied
Information Systems Research with the final text. It also extends the due
dates for submissions to this program element. Notices of Intent to
propose are due June 1, 2005, and proposals are due July 22, 2005.
