With this amendment to ROSES-2005, NASA releases the final version of
Appendix A.21: Living With a Star Targeted Research and Technology. The
due dates remain unchanged. Notices of Intent to propose are due July 8,
2005, and proposals are due September 9, 2005.

On or about May 20, 2005, Amendment No. 14 to NASA Research Announcement
"Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences" (NNH05ZDA001N) will be
posted on its homepage Web site at http://nspires.nasaprs.com/ (select
"Solicitations" then "Open Solicitations" then "NNH05ZDA001N").

This amendment replaces the draft text for Appendix A.21: Living With a
Star Targeted Research and Technology with the final text. The due dates
remain unchanged. Notices of Intent to propose are due July 8, 2005, and
proposals are due September 9, 2005.
