Software Developers:

This position will perform product design, systems analysis, and
programming activities which may require some research and analysis.
Successful candidates should be self-motivated, decisive, and goal
oriented. Technical knowledge in software design and development
methodologies is required as well as good analytical and design skills
at the single product/single environment level.

Must also possess solid understanding of entire development process,
including specification, documentation, and quality assurance. A
Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science and four
to five years experience in a Java software development environment is
required.

My client as actually looking for two developers, one person with
stronger Java/GUI experience and one person with Java/server side
development experience. The biggest plus with these two positions is
that the individuals will be working from home!!!!
