We are currently seeking full-time salaried Consultants to join the
team at McKinley Consulting. We are looking for those that have a
solid development background that would be interested in a new
consulting career or bringing your current consulting leadership to
our team.

•3+ years working in Java/J2EE technologies.
•3–5 years in OO Development and Design Patterns.
•1+ year working with Spring, JSF, Hibernate.
•2-3 years of WebSphere & WSAD experience.
•Experience with relational databases, XML, and SQL.
•Agile/Scrum, XP, or RUP methodologies framework experience.
•Eager to learn new technologies.
•Ability to mentor client staff and other consultants.
•Stay current in latest technologies through experience, training,
and certification.
•Participate in local SIGS, User Groups, and McKinley Sales process.
•Committed to Twin Cities based opportunities.
•College Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
