$77,000/year.
Following is the job description for the position:
Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities:
------------------
1. Provide technical, analytical and project management expertise
for the development of reporting templates, employing an active
understanding of the firm's financial metrics and systems.
2. Provide expertise and support to Accounting department report
designers and firm users to improve their understanding of Business
Objects.
3. Troubleshoot problems, provide options, make recommendations and
facilitate resolution of issues with respect to reporting
projects/issues, whether data, tool or people-oriented.
4. Perform data extraction and create specialized reporting systems.
5. Assist in planning, administering and maintaining the integrity
of the firm's Business Intelligence system and warehouse databases.
6. Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses, with appropriate priority
triage, for finance, management committee, group/industry/practice
area leads;
7. Work with Financial Systems Analysis and other accounting
teammates to ensure effective and efficient delivery of key projects
8. Complete special projects as assigned by the Financial Systems
Project Manager or Director of Finance.
Requirements:

1. Four-year degree in Accounting/Finance, MIS, or Computer Science
required.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience with at least two years recent
Business Objects experience designing reports with financial
information and analytics. Prefer experience in a professional
services firm.
3. Demonstrated knowledge in creating highly effective reports in
Business Objects, using BOBJ tools including Deski, Webi, Universe
designer, Broadcast agent, Data Integrator, etc. Understanding of
alternative delivery approaches and their practical
advantages/limitations.
4. Creative problem-solver with ability to quickly understand user
information needs and convert into effective report/alert design with
appropriate delivery approach.
5. Demonstrated understanding of accounting and financial information.
6. Well-honed programming habits
7. Ability to use additional software tools to fulfill
requirements, including Excel, Access, SQL tools, Excelsius, Elite
Extend, etc.
8. Highly motivated with ability to work with multiple projects and
priorities, and meet deadlines with a minimum of supervision.
9. Willingness to be flexible with time, and to devote extra hours
where necessary for special projects, continuous learning or meeting
deadlines.
10. Excellent organizational, analytical, reasoning and problem
solving skills.
11. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
