Having problems with message search?

Please disregard below want ad if not interested in job postings, but keep reading if you find want ads a nuisance.
There has been some discussion recently on the Agile_Experience_Group and otug_java_sig Yahoo!Groups about whether job postings should be sent there or to some other group. As a result, a new otug-jobs group was created, but it currently has only 9 members. That is why I am sending this out on the regular OTUG lists.
I also have a work-around proposal. I will start any future want ad message subject lines with "Wanted", so that those who do not wish to see them can filter them out. As moderator of the Agile_Experience_Group, if I get some feedback from others that this is a good thing to do, I will change the description of the group to say that want-ads need to start with "Wanted" in the subject-line, and send an announcement email with this policy change.
