Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota is seeking multiple Senior
CRM/Java Application Developers to join the IT team. The
responsibilities differ depending on the positions. Below are the
basic job requirements and desired experience. Please look at each

Basic Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

* Experience in the following technologies and methodologies:
Java development (3+ year minimum), JSP and HTML development,
Javascript, XML, Stored procedure development, Servlet development,
experience with App Servers/Web Servers (Weblogic experience a plus),
relational database technology (Oracle), Object Oriented lifecycles
development, and configuration management technologies (i.e.
Clearcase, Harvest, etc.)

* Desired experience in the following technologies and methodologies:
JAVA IDE & UML modeling and development tools (i.e. JBuilder &
Rational Rose), Struts, Ant scripts, EJB component based development
experience based on J2EE, Web-based security experience (i.e. LDAP,
Policy Director, etc.), Kana/Aspect, Java Bean development, Rational
Tools, RUP, COBOL, IMS, and JCL

* Solid understanding of relational database fundamentals and
technologies (i.e. DB2, Oracle, etc.).

* Demonstrated human relation skills to effectively interact with
management, peers, subordinates, internal and external customers and
vendors.

* Good oral and written communication skills.
