I am the acting leader of the OTUG Java SIG.  I would appreciate you using the proper email list for posting jobs on the OTUG lists.  The OTUG_JAVA_SIG list is not for job posting.  We avoid this because most of our members do not subscribe to get spammed.  I am administrator for the list so please refrain from posting jobs to this list in the future.
