I had the problem repeatedly yesterday, Graham.

FWIW, I do notice it is more of a problem when I am using the computer at
work, which is on our office network. Whether that's a factor, I do not
know. What I do know is that I have less problem at home.

Is there anyone at Outliners.com who can advise what the problem is?
